During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the excellent cleaning staff who always kept the room tidy. the hotel's proximity to a large mall with lots of options for dining and entertainment was very convenient. The key location allowed me to explore the city with ease and the mall was an added bonus.

the lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs. The noise from the road construction outside made the entrance very congested and difficult to access.

Spent my Xmas break in a hotel in a great location with everything at my fingertips. the rooms were comfy and cozy with fluffy towels and toiletries provided. the breakfast was plentiful and a variety of delicious foods were provided. the key location of the hotel was perfect, close to a big mall with fabulous restaurants and cinemas. I was pleasantly surprised by a rooftop pool with stunning panoramic views.

The hotel was plagued by outside road construction leading to heavy congestions when entering and leaving the hotel. unfortunately, the surrounding area seemed precarious, and local friends warned me of its safety.

The hotel boasts a prime location in the heart of the city, with close proximity to downtown area and a nearby mall housing numerous dining and entertainment options. the rooms are decently furnished and equipped with satisfactory internet. Breakfast and staff service are average, but housekeeping services are prompt. Elevator automation for luggage is a unique facility that adds to guest convenience.

Guests may have to tolerate noisy surroundings with traffic congestion and nearby construction work.
